vkyats Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are considered read and accepted by you from the moment you access vkyats services, including the website, mobile services, games, and related features.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not continue using vkyats services. When vkyats updates these terms at any time, notice will be given via an in-service notification or by updating this page. Continued use after an update means you have accepted the revised terms.

1. Account Registration and Management

1.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on vkyats, you must be at least 21 years old. The information provided at registration (name, date of birth, contact details) must be accurate and complete. Inaccurate information may result in suspension of service.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may only open one account on vkyats. If multiple accounts registered to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and funds will be held pending investigation.

1.3 Account Security

Keep your login details (username and password) private and never share them with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you notice any unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

1.4 Account Verification (KYC)

vkyats may ask you to submit your National Registration Card (NRC) or identity documents at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposits

vkyats supports the following deposit methods:

• KBZPay
• Wave Money
• AYA Pay
• CB Pay
• Bank Transfer

Deposits are normally processed almost instantly. If technical delays occur, vkyats will work to resolve them but is not liable for the delay.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after review. Withdrawals may be put on hold for accounts that have not completed KYC verification or where suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawals will only be sent back to the same account used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.

2.3 Payment Restrictions

vkyats may review your deposit and withdrawal activity to prevent fraud and money laundering. vkyats has the right to determine whether any payment is suspicious.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 First Deposit Bonus

Example calculation:

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 620,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks and your balance becomes 920,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is available once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Withdrawing funds before the wagering requirement is met does not count as fulfilling it — the bonus amount may be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• vkyats reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion with prior notice.

3.3 VIP and Cashback Services

Members in vkyats VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) can receive weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier progression depends on play activity and vkyats internal decisions. Exact tier criteria can be found in the information section.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using vkyats services:

• Bonus abuse — opening multiple accounts from the same connection, or using bonuses for arbitrage betting
• Third-party payments using another person's card or payment service without authorization
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through cheating or technical exploits
• Any activity related to money laundering
• Allowing or renting your account for use by others
• Accessing the service using bots or automation tools
• Threatening, defaming, or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward staff or other users

Violations of the above prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of remaining balance without notice, and may be subject to legal action.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All designs, software, code, graphics, trademarks and content included in the vkyats service are the property of vkyats and may not be copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes for any reason.

Game content and trademarks belonging to game providers are protected by their respective intellectual property rights and are included in the service with vkyats' permission.

6. Personal Information and Data

By registering with vkyats, you agree to have your data handled in a secure and efficient manner as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

vkyats provides the service on an "As-Is" basis and accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from the following:

• Server maintenance or unforeseen technical failures
• Connection issues on the user's end
• Instability of third-party software (payment tools, browsers)
• Changes to jackpot and prize amounts resulting from game outcomes
• Circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)

This limitation of liability is valid to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Account Closure and Service Termination

9.1 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be paid out after verification is complete.

9.2 Closure by vkyats

vkyats reserves the right to suspend or close an account with or without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Registration using false information
• Detection of bonus abuse
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
• Discovery of underage gambling

Once the investigation is complete and a violation is confirmed, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited. Withdrawals may be withheld until the investigation concludes.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a discrepancy arises regarding game results or deposit and withdrawal transactions, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: If the matter is not resolved through Live Chat, send a written account to [email protected] — include the date of the incident, your account details and the resolution you are seeking.
• Step 3: For disputes that exceed what vkyats is able to resolve directly, you may proceed in accordance with applicable Myanmar law.

Results recorded by the game system will be considered conclusively accurate for the purpose of resolving disputes. If you can demonstrate that an issue was caused by a network failure, vkyats will resolve it in accordance with its decision.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

vkyats may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the service and the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the service after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the changes, please stop using the service and contact us to close your account.
